The warm season spring has passed and a little hot summer begins. There are two foods that come to mind in summer. That is the two kinds of bibimmyeon sold at the mart. It is also my favorite summer food. This time, I will introduce two types of Ottogi Bibimmyeon (a little different taste) that I like.


Ottogi - 2 Types of Bibimmyeon


Bibimmyeon, which is frequently eaten including many kinds of flour food, noodles, and noodles, has a lot of different brands. For example, there are three types.


  • Paldo Bibimmyeon
  • Ottogi Bibimmyeon (spicy)
  • Nongshim Bibimmyeon (Nongsim Bibimmyeon)


In addition to these, there are various brands, but the three types that are most consumed in general marts cannot be left out.


The biggest seller is now not sure about the statistics, but in the past, "Paldo Bibimmyeon" was mainly sold a lot. If I were to choose the one that I cooked and ate the most, Paldo Bibimmyeon was the one.

Now, if possible, I buy and eat Ottogi Bibimmyeon.


The transparency of the company itself and its favorite brand, so I usually buy only Ottogi brands. It varies from person to person, so you can't blame someone for boycotting something.

There are two differences in taste. Of course, the texture of noodles is also slightly different.


If you usually like spicy taste, it is better to eat spicy noodles above, and if you can't eat spicy food well, you can eat less spicy bibimmyeon below. The recipe is also very simple.


How to cook - simply at home


  1. Pour an appropriate amount of water and boil it.
  2. Add noodles and boil them until they are firm.
  3. Scoop out the noodles.
  4. Rinse in cold water.
  5. Add the soup and mix it.
  6. Eat.



I can cook this simple.

You can eat it with various vegetables and eggs below.

Boiled eggs, or fried eggs.

Cucumber, carrot, lettuce.

Apple and pear.


In summer, the cool bibimmyeon is the best.
